I am an experienced graduate in Integrated MSci Chemical Physics with Work Placement graduate with first-class honours, from the University of Glasgow, with a strong skillset in engineering, physics, programming, and chemistry.
I have experience in broad scientific and engineering research environments, having spent time working at esteemed institutions such as the European Space Agency, Diamond Light Source synchrotron and at Sonomatic Ltd. I have experience spanning novel guidance and navigation algorithms for lunar landing, advanced chemical analytical and ultra-high vacuum techniques, and applying machine learning to optimising integrity testing systems. Through this experience I have been involved in a number of published works that are outlined elsewhere on this site.
My academic pathway has been guided by a desire to develop a range of interdisciplinary skills which can be applicable and of use to a variety of challenges. My current career goals are open minded and I am looking for opportunities to apply my skills in a variety of environments, with a particular interest in space exploration and robotics.
Other hobbies of mine include: Photography, Ultimate Frisbee, Photography, Acrobatics, Bikepacking, Art, Piano, Woodworking and Videography.
